Added Functionality:

• Added the 'Project Manager' lookup field to the Assignment object on the Resource record and Resource page layout
  
• Removed the existing 'Project Manager' lookup to the Contact object from the Resource page layout
• Added an Apex wrapper class with internal utility methods
• Added an Apex test method for PSe Config utility methods
• Added PSe Config values to control 6 of 7 PS Essentials Apex triggers, and updated those triggers to check config values to determine whether to run
  

Known Issues Addressed:

• Removed 'Request Deletion' button from other page layouts (Assignment, Project)
