Appirio Sync - Proxy Error

Our production server is currently being manually reset to address a global issue. The reset will take a few hours to complete. You may notice this error in the meantime:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /sync/premium/index.jsp.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Please note that once the server is back online, all pending syncs will be processed and all contacts and events created during the downtime will be synchronized. We will post again to confirm once the server is online. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  1. It would be awesome if you had a page like trust.salesforce.com so everyone would know if something is going on. It is no fun being in the dark until about what is going on. Thanks for posting this status update.
